I have a GP Surgery based in the Scunthorpe area looking for an ANP to join their team, please below

Looking for up to full-time (37hrs), but at least 3 days (24hrs)

6 weeks plus bank holidays – leave

Working hours – we can work around the candidate.

This is a face to face position, but we do use some remote working.

Sick pay – full pay (after first 3 days) for up to 3 months in any 12-month cycle.

Candidate will need to be autonomous.

Remote duty doctor available during opening hours, for advice.

Full referrals team – to save clinician time.

15-minute appointments, plus some catch up slots, breaks and admin time.

30 minute or 1 hour lunch (unpaid)

18000 patients spread over 3 sites. All within 1 mile of each other.

We are in a purpose-built health centre.

We are a very friendly (but professional) practice, we are made of bamboo and not concrete, so we can bend with the wind…

Work/life balance is very important to use.

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in primary care, a full prescriber, is relaxed in the way that they work, easily approachable and has empathy.

We have 2 x longstanding ANPs, 2 x Pharmacists, 1 x Pharmacy technician, 5 Practice Nurses, 2 x HCA, 1 x Physiotherapist, 1 x Mental Health worker and 9 x GPs working long term part-time locum hours. Plus a wonderful reception and admin team…
